Orvis closing 36 stores, reducing product inventory due to ‘unprecedented tariff landscape’

 

Orvis, the Vermont-based outdoor equipment and apparel retailer, will close 31 stores and five outlet locations by early 2026 due to "unprecedented tariff pressure," president Simon Perkins said.
