Blackwater Fly Fishing 2/8/15

Come in and join Abe Downs from Blackwater Fly Fishing for an open tying event from 12 pm - 4pm with a presentation from 4pm-5pm. Refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be available throughout the day.

Abe Downs and Dan Boggs are owners/guides of Blackwater Fly Fishing located in Stevens Point Wisconsin.  They primarily guide the Wisconsin River from Stevens Point north for Smallmouth Bass and Musky.  Using drift boats they ply the wild and scenic sections of the Wisconsin River's black water.

 

  

Schmidt Outfitters 2/13/15

Meet the guides from Schmidt Outfitters. We are hosting Paul Transue of Schmidt Outfitters who is conducting an open fly tying session from 1pm - 5pm and a presentation from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be available throughout the day.

Schmidt Outfitters is a fly fishing outfitter established in 1976 in Wellston, Michigan. We provide destination guide services on some of Michigan's most famous trout, steelhead, and salmon waters like the Manistee, Pere Marquette, Little Manistee, Bear Creek, and Pine River.

Staring January -April

On the second Thursday of each month ISA Bassbuggers and DuPage Fly Fishing Co. will host an open fly tying night here at the shop starting at 6pm. This is a chance to come in an meet some tiers of all skill levels, join in the fun and learn a new skill (and possible a couple of secrets)

This is a FREE event held right here at your local fly shop!
