Memorial Day Fishing with Dave Pinczkowski

Dick D. fished with Dave Pinczkowski in Wisconsin on Memorial Day.  Caught lots of big drum, sheepshead, white bass, couple of carp. 

Photos show us with a couple of nice fish.  Don't let the photos distort your thinking about who caught the most and biggest fish...it was Dave.  He knows how to catch fish better than anyone I know.  We fished with Echo Switch Rods most of the time, but did use single handed fly rods occasionally.  For most of the day the fly of choice was an olive/white clouser.  Mine were tied by Jack Madden (got them at a NIFT dinner fly trade).  At the end of the day the fish started taking other fly patterns including Dave's weighted Bad Hair Day pattern in white.
