Brookies from Crazy Woman Creek Wyoming

Words from Liz
Just got back from Wyoming where I spent 5 glorious days fly fishing in the Big Horn mountains, in Big Horn National Forest. Very different from Yellowstone. Small mountain streams. A few mountain lakes. Lots of free range cattle. You need a 4-wheel drive truck or ATVs to get in and out. Stars like you wouldn't believe. And tons of small brook trout in every stream imaginable. Slept most days in the back of the truck on the side of a mountain. My favorite spot was Crazy Woman Canyon (the name....appealed to me), and the Crazy Woman Creek. Pictures of both are attached (the crazy woman with the trout and the creek) as well as some of our free range friends that we might meet again as steak. My husband Doug even fly fished and landed quite a few...a first for him. Liz
