NIFT Winter Dinner 2007

Our annual winter dinner will be held at Emmett’s Tavern and Brewing Co. in West Dundee on Saturday January 13th, 2007. We will meet in the upstairs banquet room which is reserved for our use exclusively. Guests may begin arriving at 7:00 PM.

We need to know how many guests to expect and what their entrée selections are. Please look over the menu listed below and make your selection. A sign up sheet will be circulated at each meeting until January 8th or you can call Ed Miller at 630-766-8870 to reserve your place.

Dinner includes:


Beer Battered Walleye Bites, Sausage Stuffed Mushroom Caps, Brewmaster’s Cheese and Sausage Platter, Bruschetta with Tomato, Onion, and Basil, Savory Herb Cheese Cream

Tavern Greens Salad

Bread and Butter

Choice of Entree:

Medallions of Beef

Grilled medallions of beef served with fresh vegetables and buttermilk-mashed potatoes.

Mustard Dill Salmon

Grilled salmon basted with a mustard and dill glaze served over buttermilk-mashed potatoes and julienne vegetables and finished with lemon butter sauce.

Cheesecake with strawberry sauce

Cost: $25.00 per person

Payment for dinner is due in advance. You may pay Larry Denison or Ed Miller at any club meeting. You may also send a check (made payable to Northern Illinois Fly Tyer’s) to:
